the Irony of it, until early 2000's The American government and C.I.A had mandela's name in the terrorist watchlist. this was because The US was one of the biggest supporters and funders of Apartheid regime in South Africa which mandela was fighting. I wonder what changed, but shows you how global politics and moral highground is messed up.

Yes Zimbabwe/Libya both have the highest literacy rates because both Mugabe/Gadaffi were pan-african presidents who believed that Africans and ONLY africans can develop the continent, so they invested heavy in their peoples education
