What I would really like to see are the conditions attached to the money. If the funds went towards protecting judges, the prosecution of offenders, judicial reviews and even publicisation of prosecutions, I think there would some marginal improvements. |

They need to tell us what happened to the $1 billion they offered for the same purpose a few years ago. Aside: I think this is a good way of forcing our corrupt leaders to admit that they are indeed corrupt. Their eyes are blazing at that $450 million now that they can't refuse - confirming what they often reject that they are indeed corrupt. ayox2003: |
