Just wondering, saw something that really thrilled me, a candidate was invited for an APTITUDE TEST (not even an interview) and the recruiters were demanding all manner of documents including letter of current employment and payslips. I thought things like these were confidential and not for a 3rd party? Anybody got any idea why? |

I think they are normal especially they can be used for proof of address and tax band what did they say it was for? |
