A man got shot by robbers in Warri and was taken to the hospital by his wife but he was not treated and later he died. The reason given at the hospital was they needed police report before he could be treated. I am wondering if in our Emergency Response Procedures such victim should be taken to Police first? How long can the victim wait before give up the ghost? What if the victim is a police officer on duty does he need police report? Is it the same in the rest of the world? I think the procedures should be reviewed.
