I guess Tecno manufactured some faulty L3. I heard a similar complaint from someone else.

Hello peeps. I've ported to air tel. since MTN decided to do shakara I think we all have to leave. Air tel doesn't need any VPN. just send BBCM to 440 and you're home and dry

hold down d power button+d volume
do not release dem until u see d android logo
scroll to clear data/factory reset
