you could go for ultimate photo editer, locate and click on resize/recrop then choose any measurement of ur choice; width and height.

OR

You could send the screenshot to a smaller fone then try editing it.

OR

Google search for any pic optimizing tool.

here's the fix;

allow your ba3 to drain to 4-10% then switch off and allow to charge to its fullness.

Acquire a good ba3 saver; DU BA3 SAVER, BA3 DOCTOR....
Switch off your 3g when not in use. 3G consumes ba3 like madt so it's beta you switch it off.

Try minimizing background apps; they r monsters consuming ba3 life. Hold on to ur home key to reveal background apps then swipe eida to left or right. Some apps cld be so disturbing that they still run in the background. Go to settings>apps>running apps>click on them and 'force stop' them.

Reducing screen brightness; apart from saving your eyes from any sort of eye problem, itx recommended that you reduce it.

Turn off touch sounds and intense vibration.

Lastly, why would you perform constant switchin off and on? Havent u seen the back of the fone before? Just stop that asap!! It also damages ur phone's casing, lagging in ba3 leadn to unfit, and also MIGHT spoil the speaker.
