I feel Cross river has not marketed itself well to Nigerians,you cannot ignore your immediate market for one elusive foreigner who's probably been drowned by news on BH,oil bunkering and kidnapping moreover, the international tourism market is too competitive and Nigeria lack the factor conditions to even be considered a destination.
its time to 'kidnap' and bus-in the Nigerian middle class through discount and other offers,you cant allow this place go fallow; too much unused capacity.
How about offering free flights on specific date(s) so people can at least be encouraged to go have a feel of the place or a kind of reality TV program showcasing all the resorts,what's on offer ,and maybe starred by Saka or anyone whos appealing to the middle class.Finally,Imoke should stop prancing around with inept 'Brother-governors' The perception of who's in charge matters.

Yes, you have a good point about the need to market more effectively, however, I think the Imoke administration is having great success attracting foreigners because the giant US company GE recently announced they will be investing $1bn in the state and several other international companies have chosen to invest there. The future seems bright for CR.
