Four Northern governors that visited Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State have threatened to stop assisting in the funding of the Nigeria Police Force.
The governors, members of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, after their meeting with Mr. Amaechi, also reiterated their demand for state police.

How do you mean by being on a wrong path. By disagreeing with the President. Which of the history are you talking about. Obasanjo who was one of the cruel politician in Nigeria had to bow to the Governor"s forum in his bid for second term, he did not out muscle them. Ameachi might be at the receiving end now but ask yourself who will face election btw GEJ and Ameachi. Who needs more friends than enemies? The Battle btw OBJ and Gbenga of Ogun state resulted to the party losing the state to the opposition. If you talk of Dariye, Alams, Ladoja it is OBJ second term, after he used them to achieve is election including Atiku. What history are you quoting. GEJ already declare full fledged war against the governors not supporting his election bid within his party. Who goes to war with a divided house.
