Hmm Last nyt durin my sleep i was jolted awake by a painful muscle pull @my calf i mean wat we call tissue on th legs. I was so painful and hard like stone, as a christian i started praying and sending evry evil arrow back to d sender at least dat was wat i was taught to do in tym like dis especially @ midnyt. D pain left after a series of skalaboshin and prayers. I also applied water. D prob nw is am scared of sleepin and xperiencin dat pain again, bliv me its nt a gud tyn evryone was scared as i thrashed on d bed helplesly holdin my calf. So wat cud b d cause of a muscle pull around 2am. Dint engage in anyform of xercise.

You were probably sleeping in a position that compromised blood flow to your legs eg having your legs crossed.
