Ajibel: Only if the South can just put their differences behind them and unite to make sure the North never rules, then the problem of illiteracy would be solved. The northerners believe mostly a female doesnt need to be educated and also only kids of the wealthy deserve education so with many northerners poor, they'd be denied the opportunity of education.
