Take a picture of urself with the camera option on bbm&upload it.After doing this,you can remove the picture you uploaded and fix in the desired one in ur file manager.

But PicArts is the bomb!!! About 19mb, it's so accurate for drawings and photo editing.

Force close it, make sure you're on H/H+, then try again. Take note that you have to crop the pix too.
