Switch it off and charge. If it's still d same thing, change your charger.

Amazing Zeus: but although what i meant was this:- I deleted some follow-come application without backing them up and now i need them badly,I was told resetting the phone was the solution to my problem which I did five times but to no avail,I decided to download the applications still the same result from resetting occurred,so I was wondering if there's other means to get back the applications

yea.. Some apps are downloadable.. Or transferable ... If you have a friend or anyone close to where you stay.. You can go meet the person.. And transfer some apps from his tecno phone.. Make sure the phone is rooted.. Then use root explorer ... And get to the system apps folder.. Just transfer them all.. As for the downloadable ones.. Just Google them

Not all sims work without extra sub, especially the unlimited plans. So, the fact that yours works without sub doesn't mean it'll work for everybody.
