i have not rooted the phone . i only tried backin up contacts which i did den i remove d sd card to insert in anoda phone so i can restore my contacts, after that try put on d phone n i saw this.

i decided to put up d screen shot.

1. I got many m3 users in my area, in the area were i live i don't get 3G when using MTN on my M3 but other areas i get 3G but my neighbour who recently bought his M3 gets full 3G network in my area(H+), i held his phone put on my 3G on my phone but i still got edge and his own was still showing full 3G , i got another neigbours phone who also uses M3 put on his 3G but it was still showing edge and still this guy who recently bought his M3 was geting full 3G, i thought it was a sim issue but when i took my sim and put in his phone it showed full 3G(H+), i took his sim and put in my phone and was still geting edge while my sim was showing 3G in his phone, what is the cause? I need 3G because am at home most part of the day after work.

@Maxi, please have you solve this problem, if yes please tell me how because I am having same problem. Thanks.

Try this
first subscribe to airtel daily bis which cost N100 by sending bbud to 440 then dail *123*123# to find out the account your mb enters..(NOTE: U will be given 80mb.) U are going to see 10 accounts, if it enters account 10 then you are good to go but if it enters account 9 it won't work.. So if it enters account 10 I will advice you to subscribe for the 2GB plan which goes for 1,500 by dailing *440*16#. After that if it doesn't work just subscribe for the normal 10mb ....it will be added to the data and then you're good to go....enjoy
