EAT SMALL MEALS FROM TIME TO TIME
What I mean is that you should eat little meals like four to five times a day instead of eating one big meal two or three times daily. By doing this, you tend to boost the rate of metabolism in your body system and gives room for reduction of the belly but one big chunk of meal just compounds the whole thing.
DON'T STARVE YOURSELF

WALK FOR 45 MINUTES A DAY.
The reason I am suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you’re eating.

FIND A PARTNER IN CRIME
Hey you didn’t commit any crime, what i mean is it is also necessary to find someone to work out with. A partner motivates you in form of creating a healthy competition thus giving you the vigour to pursue your aim of losing weight in no time. A University of Vermont study found that online weight-loss partners help you keep the weight off. For example if you choose a guy or girl that has more weight than you, you will not want that partner of yours to shed more weight faster than you and that partner will be interested to put you to shame, this leads to healthy competition between the two of you.
