Uduaghan Swears-in Ojugbana as Judge of the Customary Court of Appeal Delta State.

His Excellency the Governor of Delta State Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan CON today at the Government House Asaba performed the Swearing-In of Mrs Catherine Ngozi Ojugbana as a Judge of the Customary Court of Appeal Delta State.

Governor Uduaghan charged the new Judge to be committed to the course of ensuring Justice at all times and not to betray the confidence reposed on her by virtue of her appointment.

In her acceptance speech, Justice Catherine Ngozi Ojugbana promised to carry out her duties in good faith and without fear of favor. She thanked the Governor for considering her worthy to be appointed as a Judge of the Delta State Customary Court of Appeal.

Present at the ceremony were top Government functionaries viz The State Chief Judge Hon Justice Zai-Laye Dawo Smith, President of the Customary Court of Appeal Delta State Justice Stella Oghene Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice Delta State Mr Charles Amajuoritse Ajuyah (SAN) , Secretary to the State Government Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, Hon Commissioner for Lands and Surveys Pharm Patrick Ferife, Hon Commissioner for Youths Mr Ebifa Ijeomah and numerous others.
