It's quite simple the optional N1,000 is for tailored jobs e.g an accountant will get accounting jobs & a teacher will get teaching jobs based on Location be it Lagos or elsewhere as opposed to random posts & Vacancies that do not suit the individuals need. In a nutshell its for targeted jobs based on the individual's location & response.
