The E36 318i has lethargic performance but is the most rewarding to drive because of its weight distribution, rwd setup and precise steering feedback, Rust will be an issue here as it ages The honda is cheaper to own and maintain but has body integrity issues, the fuel economy is excellent by the way, i am wary of the autos by the way, the manuals r a better bet.
