Thank you for your questions and interest. Your questions will be answered first.

If you send a picture with the story (It will be rare for us to publish a story without a picture),and we publish it then refuse to pay you, we risk our reputation, which is wayyyyy more than N2,500! As long as you can prove that the picture used in the story is yours you have every right to come on Nairaland to make your claim. You may not get any form of monetary compensation but trust Nairalanders, our reputation goes down the drain and you'll agree that we don't want that. That is the only guarantee we can offer for now, unfortunately. We hope that is enough. We know reputation may not count for much, as in, you cant take it to a bank but at the same time we don't want to alienate over one million Nairalanders!

We hope your questions have been answered, the proof you have are the pictures - as long as you still have the pictures on whichever device you took them with (digital camera, mobile phone or tablet), which will be the exact same ones we have published. Apart from the pictures, you would also have evidence that you sent it from your e-mail account.

Failure to pay: We pay with our reputation, which as stated above is worth 1 million nairalanders.
