Its true o. I thought its affecting me alone o. just 16 channels showing. ordinary galaxy doesnt show at all and other foreign channels that made me purchase it......RUBISHHHHHHHH! |

STARTIMES or GOTV?? l regreted buying Gotv ooo. they have removed all the intresting stations, l hardly receive five station (no more african magic, discovery word, etv, etc). l diconnected Gotv yesterday and bought star time. with two thousand subscription on startime, l got 60 stations (Eurosport, MCS inter sport, NBA Tv sport, Discovery science, etv, orisun, oodua, Bet Uk, Nigerzie, kennis Music,GET tv, etc.). one thousand subscription is thirty something station, not sure anyway but l prefer the 2000 naira type sha. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Have you all tried restart or a re-scan? DSTV had similar issues this week and a re-scan fixed it |

GOtv is a failure i enjoy my DST in my office than the GOTV at home. I am almost concluding arrangement to inviting some of my American partners to invest here in Nigeria when this is done, GOtv will GO AWAY AND Dstv WILL disappear 1 Like |

on mine (Gotv) i got 4 new channels but funny enough, Africa magic series, mnet, set, supersport, ssblit, aja.,cnn,blackbelt, vox africa and a couple only works y d remaining are displaying No Signal |

I have abuse, accuse them annd fight the customer care both on twitter till they stop replying me, learn to follow them on twitter and facebook, there twitter is @GOtvNg and facebook is facebook.com/GOtvNg..... Thet appologize but they kept saying they will fix the problem.

And for t those who register phone number with gotv online, gotv sent text messages to all of them 3 days ago and send appoligy letter.this the 3 weeks their signal is messing up. But always follow any product company you subcribe or purchase both on twitter and facebook |

In spite of all it's shortcomings, which I find very frustrating, I still consider it a mortal sin to compare GOtv with Startimes. they are not in the same category and shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence. yeah Startimes have more channels. but those are a-dozen-for-a-penny channels with programs that are more effective than Valium 5 in sending one to sleep. GO TV is fine now. just rescan our decoder. go to settings-installation-automatic tuning or reset. either way, you would be fine. for those saying startimes is better  , are you from this planet? |

NEROSKY: Have you noticed that almost 16 channels are missing and no official explanation for this? I'm really angry because most of the channels i need are not available i.e sound city, ajezera, bbc, etc..Just take ur decoder to their office and all ur stations will be back. I was havin d same problem until a friend told me wat2do |

I did the re-scanning and reseting but now it only lists the channels dat show.up2 19 |
