I just concluded my first degree in a nigerian university,looking forward to a reletionship that will end up in a marriage,but my parents wants me to marry from ogun state,what do i do?

I guess due to past experiences, parents tend to transfer that to their children. my mum had a nasty experience with an Ondo woman so she told me not to marry from there. the reason why i did not was because no Ondo guy came my way. if any had i would have married him neat. its all about you my dear. what you want matters except you dont love the babe. if you do, GO FOR HER!!! time will prove them wrong that not all Ogun babes are bad.

In as much as I respect my parents, I wouldn't stand for their dictating for me whom I should marry or where I should marry from. You are old enough to take your own decisions. And, of course, nobody but you will live with your decisions.

Forget stereotypes.

Parents should leave their children alone as much as possible where relationships are concerned.
