Why will it take their so called judges more than one week to come up with a winner? Did they receive up to one thousand designs? It's unfortunate that the mod pushed this to front page.[/size]

Winning the competiotion is one side to a very broad contractual agreement as to the right of ownership|usage| & Alteration and distribution of the said design. Its sort of like this;

-So if Mr. A's design wins the competition, does that means that he has forfieted the right of ownership of said design to OxygenBroadband Limited?! or is that just the start of a larger contract.

I am a contracts professional so I know what I am asking.

Hello people, how are you all doing? We finally got a winner for the Graphics Design Contest. We got some questions as to when the winner will be announced, due to some internal decision making process, we couldn't come up with a winner until now. The designs we received will be posted at exactly 10am and winner will be announced 12pm. Thanks
