Well, The Biebs again did start another historical Music Tour that will end later this year. The Beleive Tour is set to be the greatest under 30 tour of all time by going all around the earth such as Asian, Middle East, Africa, The Americas, Europe, Australia and the Antartica. The Biebs is on break far away from his family and loved ones so he decided to hang out with his closest friend and veteran actor, Will Smith, before going to Asia to resume work. He has been made to visit 200 young fans who are seriously ill.
