Arsenal V Aston Villa Kick Off Today 3pm by chimerase2: 5:10am On Aug 17, 2013 |
The mood around the Emirates on Saturday afternoon should be optimistic yet many of the grumbles of recent seasons could be evident given Arsenal's alarming lack of transfer activity over the past few months. This was meant to be the summer when the club spent big yet, as things stand, Arsène Wenger's only fresh recruit is the young French attacker Yaya Sanogo. In contrast, Aston Villa have been busy and, with Christian Benteke remaining in side, Paul Lambert will be expecting his young side to have the maturity to avoid a repeat of last season's relegation fight. Arsenal ll go trophyless as usual. Wenger said it's not about the money but identifying the talent. The talents he bought, what has he won with them? Last Bullet: If my eye no dey deceive me, I saw Diaby to return 4rm injury in April 2014. Ah! Arsene Wenger! Since 2005, Diaby has not made up to 150 appearance 4 Arsenal. Why? He's injury prone. He's not fit enough 4 football. Infact, he's not dat good when he's fit. I don't know why Wenger is still keeping him. Maybe he's sharing in his wages, abi na which kind favour be dat. |

torres2:I don't knw how a talented coach lyk Wenger ll be suffering himself wt Arsenal's stingy board. He missed Higuain, Gustavo. Now, a star may leave Arsenal b4 d start of d season. |

Arsenal wil wipe Astonvilla ruthlessly like say tomorrow no de ON GUSTAVO Thank God we didnt sign Gustavo. Guys. We av Ramsey and Diaby. We dont need dis guy. He lacks confident as he is afraid dat Arsenal will not give him first team football. What a loser. He doesnt want challenges. I dont blame him for his fear as we ar too talented. |

DMainMan: Arsenal wil wipe Astonvilla ruthlessly like say tomorrow no decompariason btwn daiby n ramsey ...I fink ramsey is beter dan diaby dat aside let compare gustavo n ramsey......gustavo is a more consistent player dan ramsey....gustavo has much more experience having played almost along n against big stars n proffesionals in bot club n international lvl....wen it comes to medals he has....nt lyk ramsey dat has only 1 emirates cup silver ware to his name....so tel me apart frm fast growing whilshere wu else can stand gustavo in dat midfield of urz |
