Clearly the best match of this weekend,Manchester United and Aston Villa, two teams in desperate need of a win, will clash in an important Premiership match that could have huge implications on the title race! Both teams are slumping at the worst possible moment and could see their aspirations go up in smoke with another setback. As such, the stakes for this confrontation couldn’t be higher.

Manchester United, lost their last two league matches to in-form second placed  Liverpool and Fulham. They seem to be suffering from a goal drought and last scored in the league from the Ronaldo penalty against Liverpool, Since that goal, they’ve given up six unanswered goals and have had three players sent off: Nemanja Vidic, Paul Scholes, and Wayne Rooney (all of whom will miss this match). 

Villa, on the other hand  seem to be running out of steam at the worst possible time. They’ve lost three straight and four out of their last five Premiership matches. They also lost to Liverpool with  a whopping five goal score line after having Keeper Freidel sent off, his redcard has been rescinded and he may play in this match, he has a good record against United , They may be without Martin Laursen. They’ve lost their grip on fourth-place and are in danger of falling even further off the pace, but since all teams have been trashing united lately, this may be their chance to bounce back
