Bro, I'm not used to techno devices but would give you some steps to troubleshoot.

Just two things might be wrong here as u mentioned "blurred screen"
Either Software or Hardware.

If when it shows the Tecno logo, the screen is clear before goin blur,
its Hardware. if it has a removable battery, pull it an insert.

Hold down the Vol down button and Power it, it shoul show u a screen... on dat screen, Vol up and down works as scrolling and Power button as activator.
If you can find ●Factory Reset● on that screen, navigate to it and activate.

sorry, you'll lose ur files saved on the device.

i use android 4.1. I have set the UDport to 500. This is the message i received from mtn after sending BBC to 21600...Welcome to BBC. You just received 7days of Free subscription to ur blackberry service..expires 2013-9-23... So,i cant understand why mine is giving me wahala.

Sure, dats via Hotspot... You activate ur hotspot, the other user activates their wifi.

Remember, if u use any VPN app to get connection, you'll need the tether unlocker I posted.

JB starts from 4.1

Then... to business.
I guess u want to use the MTN bis on your device.
Firstly, get this things ready.
Go to droidvpn.com and register an account with them.
Then head to the playstore to download the droidvpn app.
when you're done, set up the "blackberry.net" apn on ur phone.
Activate any MTN bis plan ... I advice bbcday for a test.

Once activated on bis. Make sure ur data signal is live. If its not restart ur device. It should come on.

Open droidvpn, on first launch, it'll ask for ur login details. enter and save it.
Tap on the setting icon, set UDP port to 500. go back and tap on connect.
If all step is followed correctly, you should be LIVE

Ok.. devices settings do vary but you wouldnt miss the following.

Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Names = Tap on options and select New Apn.

Mind you.. some devices have Wireless & Bluetooth from Settings.

Use more than 100mb on droidvpn...

Free user on Droidvpn are only allowed 100mb daily download.
But most people gulps up the 100mb before the day runs out.
Heres a tweak on how to use more than the daily allowed data.

Firstly, get like 3 email accounts of any type.
Use the mails to register on droidvpn.

When u use one and it got exhausted. .
Just go to Settings > Applications Manager and look for droidvpn on the list,
Open it, clear the data and cache and tap on force stop.
Exit and restart ur phone.

After restart, open droipvon from the apps drawer and enter another email details. Note that you have to go to settings and set UDP Port to 500.

Connect and surf on...
