IT'S NOT THE MAKE THAT IS THE ISSUE. IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANY CAR, IF SAFETY PRECAUTION IS THROWN INTO THE WIND. IT COULD BE ELECTRICAL, LEAKING FUEL HOSE, FUEL TANK, EXHAUST, OVERHEATING, POOR MECHANICAL WORK, QUACK MECHANICS/ELECTRIANS ETC. I SUFFERED SAME SOME THREE YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS DRIVING TO THE OFFICE, I SUDDENLY DISCOVERED MY FUEL HOSE WAS LEAKING. I QUICKLY PARKED MY CAR TO SEEK HELP AND SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY SHOWED UP AND SAID HE IS A MECHANIC,AND OFFERED TO FIX IT AFTER PRICING WITH ME. HE TIGHTENED THE CLIP TO THE HOSE PROPERLY AND SAID I SHOULD START THE CAR. I ASKED HIM IF IT WAS SAFE TO DO SO, BECAUSE I NOTICED THE SPILLED FUEL HAD NOT YET DRIED, HE INSISTED THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL, SINCE I WAS IN A HURRY TO GO TO WORK, I STARTED THE CAR AND VOOOOOOOER, THAT WAS IT - A BIG FIRE, EVERY EFFORT TO GET IT QUENCHED IMMEDIATELY PROVED ABORTIVE, MY FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND ABOUT 8 OTHERS FROM GOOD SAMARITANS COULD NOT STOP IT, THE REST IS A HISTORY.

Lesson for the story : Always make sure you insure your car
