The food is so annoyingly monotonous and in some cases, extremely bland. In fact, i take that back, they don't have any food at all, all they do is make some concortion. Majority of them eat out and all they do is eat Mickey D's which is the mother of all bad food or subway and those other pathetic restaurants and don't even mention Soulfood, that's the worst because even though it tastes good, it will kill you because it is so unhealthy, that's why African Americans have the highest diabetes and heart disease cases in the country. Boy, do i miss mr. Biggs.

In yanki, some of the foods can kill that's why they usually end up with Cancer's and other terminal illnesses, canned foods are usually the culprit and there chicken which is fed with so many chemicals to make it grow larger and when they store it and sell it, it usually has some artificial chemicals added to it to preserve it.
Looking on the bright side, at least i don't leave in Europe, outside of Italy, from what i've heard, European food is the worst. The English have no food all, all they eat is fish and chips ha ha ha and the French eat Duck. Even the italians with all there mastery in cooking eating some of there food can cause diarrhoea because they put too much olive oil.

But on a serious note, i need some advice that's why i came to this more popular forum. In the place where i live there is no African store so i can't buy Egusi's, stock fish and other naija ingredients, that means i have to make do with what i have, so please Naija people give me any tips on how to make some home cooking.

WARNING: In this era of globalization, please make them no bring mickey d's come naija.

1. McDonald's is not only American food.

2. Not every one in America eat out

3. Nobody's forcing you to eat American food

4. didn't someone already make this thread

5. Get a passport and fly back to Nigeria and go eat your Nigerian food.

Last but not least, tHIS IS NOT THE FOOD SECTION.

In the mean time, i will be eating my Barbecue Chicken with a side of march potatoes. oops, don't forget the cool aid.

I'm sorry. I just hate it when people judge American food by MCDONALD'S.

How would you feel if someone goes to Nigeria and say ABEG O! I Don Tire For Nigerian Food. All Majority of them eat Rice and their food is so blend and hot with spice.

Do U get the drift?

anyway, if you want some real American food watch the food Channel, visit applebees or Texas Roadhouse.

much love.

Well,I have been having Senegalese Twist for less than 2 months and It takes more than 3 months for the twist to lock. The longer you leave them in the more it will lock up.You should re twist your hair about 3 times a month or as much as needed. You can also deep condition it or use leave in condition.Keep it moist with grease, coconut oil and water in a spray bottle.Make sure you keep it moist daily.
