Is Nigeria Practicing Democracy? by shineeye1: 1:37pm On Aug 27, 2013 |
It is high time the Nigerian people asked themselves whether they are actually in a democracy. The prevalent practice today is one in which the national common wealth automatically becomes the starting Capital of a Personal businees for the man in power( a business in which he owes no one accountability). This is an aberration and certainly not democracy. What system of government is Nigeria truly practicing? |

When men of old designed the concept of Government, it was for a purpose. The purpose was for the COMMON GOOD through representative actions. Government is the highest system of trust in humanity- by original defination. A man who is in government without an innate passion for public service is clearly a charlatan. A breach of the sacred trust in the order of human government is a cardinal crime against humanity. Men shall answer to posterity and to God for their roles in the execution of this holy trust. Our Politicians need orientation. Many, like little kids, are toying with a venomous serpent under the delusion that it is mere twine. |
