Well thanks for the comment but most companies tend to have great Web presence and very poor structure , that's why the inquiry about them - someone who must have been there, interviewed by them, knows how they operate....... and Yes I did check them out online

Capital Media is a very good organisation to work with... They don't have that big a structure but they pay fine. How do I know? A relative works there.. Gud luck!
