Wat exact problem ar u having with registration? if u ar registering online, then u wil need a functional credit card 1.e mastercard without which ur registration cannot be completed.

If u intend registering through filling the hard copy form, then u wil need a UK bank draft, and to get dat, u av to open a domi account wit any of these banks.
