I still can NOT find where the button to start a new topic is. Nairaland should make the New Button available AT ALL TIMES. Wether you post a reply or not, we should be allowed to start a new topic.

if u wanna create a new topic, goto the related section e.g Jokes Section

got to the right hand corner of the screen, just below where u c d adverts, u'll find NEW TOPIC, Mark as read etc

Only the super-moderators can do that provided ur thread is 'befitting' for the front page.
