I think Olympus has fallen has a better storyline, the initial assault of the whitehouse by that Armed C-130 hercules was awesome! the graphics used in the film were more realistic than that of White house down. I think the script of WHD could hv been better... the role of that lil girl brought a nice touch to the film- like someone mentioned earlier, that 'flag waving' scene at the end was priceless.. Jamie's dramatization of the presidency could have been better.

my take: for serious minded folks who love to nitpick; Olympus has fallen.
for lighthearted humour ideal for family weekends; White house down.

White House down. The movie had a better storyline compared to Olympus has fallen. That kid was amazing. Olympus seem to have so much action compared to WHD. I have never seen so much shooting and wreckage in a movie for a very long time. Fantastic movie too.

But I tell you, the passion in white house down.. The Moment dt little girl chose to die instead of releasing d missiles, When the president submitted himself to save the girl, John Cale's sacrifice for nation before family and most especially!!!!!... The Flag waving... I nor know d time wey I stand up dey clap for Silverbird Cinemas ohhh..

Same story line YES, Channing Tatum is rily hard to resist but Olympus Has Fallen killed it, jeeeeezzz, the level of damage done to d white house made me feel like joining the armed forces (lol) to serve and protect what i strongly believe in, plus the President had a very strong personality and was also very emotional...

The phrases used in d film would also make for a good laff. For example, at that point when that 300 guy(dont no his name) was taking d presidents son through that chimney outside, and one of d terrorist almost stopped him, the guy had to eliminate him, wen d boy heard d noise and asked d guy "what was that", he said, "not to worry, false alarm"

again wen he was to get to d president and rescue him he had to talk to his wife, after a wyl he told his wife, "i got to go now honey, paperwork is piling up". Lol "paperwork"

the film is riveting, if u are a fan of heavy artillery THIS IS A MUST SEE!!!

I dont know why yall keep saying olympus is better...im sure most of yall have nt seen white house down...its incomparable pls... the suspense is overwhelming..the attack plan in olympus is so unrealistic. See the way they penetrated the white house in olympus..haba..we all knw its never possible that way...the action in white house down is so live,,see where the president and tatum drove the presidential limo..now tell me olympus is better.,even americans went with white house down,.olympus was just lucky it came out first...both are a good movie tho., a must watch

Yea i remember the 300 guys name - Gerard Butler, might i also add one other hilarious scene with Morgan Freeman....when the president was seized in the bunker, and with other key men killed the power frll on Morgan,

after being briefed on d situation on ground and recommendations given all eyes and ears as well were keenly on Morgan to make a pronouncement, guess what he said: "would u please get me a cup of coffee......" and then he loosened his tie....lol, that got alot of persons cracking in the theatre

hmmmmmmm..... the two movies are quite cool to me.... Olympus has fallen has more action and quite drilling (I remeber when the Secret Service Official said "OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN" ... ..... BUT White house is more emotional (WHEN THE GURL WAS WAVING THE FLAG OF THE PRESIDENT) I felt like crying tho and its full of suspense......
But i will pick Olympus has fallen cuz of the action there....

In WHD, when the girl came out waving the flag, I started crying!!
Both movies are good, but WHD had humour, and I'm in love with Channing Tatum.
OhF is also good, and Bada$$!

White house down is just too intresting and epic...d part where d gal was waving d flag was an emotional blockbuster.

I have not seen white house down but sorry to say olympus has fallen is a useless movie...
