There are lots of benefits to gain especially if you are in their sales team and account dept. They usually sends their team for international training abroad. Their pay is okay and at the end of the year you go home with lots of goodies.... I worked with them before as a contract staff and that was 10years ago so i have loose touch of current happennings but i heard that the standard is still been maintained
