amechi is a dictator- pure and simple. simply take a look at what he did with the local governments in rivers state

Amaechi would not have tied himself in knots over senseless issues like GEJ.
first month of GEJ's tenure - tenure elongation.
Second month- complete marginalisation of the SW
1st year -oil subsidy fraud ,oil subsidy removal
1st - shameless introduction and mass use of religion and ethnicity as a tool of governance
(We all remember the talk of the SW being the beneficiary of Subsidy and that other paces were not subsidised)

2nd year -all sorts of laggard expired and convicted criminals and people are being resurrected by GEJ
