I had the good fortune of being at Freedom Park on September 7 for another edition of DADA Book’s monthly book and reading event where Mudi Yahaya, creative entrepreneur and visual artist, gave a soul wrenching voice-over narrative to his photograph collection centered around Lagos public schools.
As Mr Yahaya spoke, images from his collected pictures appeared, intermittent, one sad eyed model after the other, on the wall behind him, giving faces to the names that left his lips, bringing the horror of what we have done and continue to do to our future to bear...CONTINUE: http://crimefacts.org/our-public-schools-where-dreams-are-killed-by-chiagozie-nwonwu/
