I was coming from Benin to PH on arrival at Onisha the policemen stop me and checked my papers and then spotted a number on the paper which he does not know what the figure mean, he then order me to his station when we arrived there he asked me to bring ten thousand naira, after much waiting in their station they asked me to go. on my way to connect ph road I met these five group of police under the bridge collecting money from drivers.
