Gov. Fayemi might seems slow but there's a steady improvement and development in Ekiti State, even the people of Ekiti are standing beside Fayemi.

Bamidele can contest the election because the constitution gives him the right to contest but on which platform will that be? I'm sure that Fayemi will remain the Flagbearer of APC in the coming election.

For some of us who are resident in Ekiti. We will not deny that Fayemi has some level of result. Yet didn't Hitler have results?
What about Mussolini, the Shah of Iran, Abacha, IBB, Mobutu, Mugabe, and even our very own GEJ.

Yes, Fayemi is working, but there are other issues besides Road projects that determine the people interest in a leader's 2nd term bid.

Fayemi has been ruling, rather than leading.

His policies are autocratic.

His projects are awarded to non-indigenes, thereby encouraging capital flight.

On any given Saturday, ill bet that you won't find 5 commissioners in town.

The contractors earn our money and go back to Lagos.

Fayemi has left a sour taste in the mouths of civil servants by his many draconian policies which are seen as an attempt to carry out massive layoffs so that he can appear to employ 10,000 more teachers and LG staff.

In Ekiti, when the civil servants are bitter with you, you are screwed. Just ask Ayo Fayose.

I don't hate Fayemi, or his erudition.

I just feel that he would be better under supervision.

He acts like a spoilt only child with his absolute irreverence for public opinion.

He has done virtually everything (and more) that he accused past administrations of doing.

He has alienated himself from the very hands that fed him.

While that may be a point, it isn't mine. I am just making mention.

My point is that MOB brings hope, and that is what this people whom Fayemi has rubbished need!

Want to win hearts?

Give people hope. Nobody embodies hope quite like the man, Michael Opeyemi Bamidele

idumuose:
Is your father the owner of Ekiti government house?

No, his father does not own Ekiti government house
but this son of his father surely knows what he is saying.

Bamidele is fighting his chi.

Head or tail he loses.

Balderdash.

How would a man compare an absolute gentleman with
Hitler or even Mugabe who had ravished his people.

You must be a civil servant. The moment the governor does not
open the till for you for doing nothing you hate the person.

In my local government Fayemi has tarred a road i never
thought could be tarred in my lifetime.

Two young kids in my mothers house owns lappies and
schools are being refurbished and rebuilt.

In my old primary school their computer room
has 12 serviceable desktops.

Over ambition will kill Bamidele.

There is no way he will win the primaries and if he
goes to PDP as he eventually will he is a gonner.

If he goes to hire roughnecks from Fashehun, Fayemi should
hire hire his own hitters from Gani Adams..

Bamidele will loose everything.

Bamidele seems to be a better politician than Mrs Fayemi the present governor....but I do hope he studies the political climate well and he is able to read the hand writings clearly! As for Mrs Fayemi s/he is still to explain the offence of Ekiti people that led to the closure of our university in Ifaki....increase in tuition fees despite his(her) vow during his swearing in....s/he is still to explain gate keeping at EKSU that demands 100% fees payment before students are allowed in to the campus...when Afe Babalola university (a private institution) accepts installmental payments!...Yet s/he has increased taxes by more than 200% taxing even medical allowances of the sponsors (parents) mostly salary earners in both private and civil service...the governor needs to explain the rot going on in the Teaching hospital where the labour section looks and smells like an abbatoir that has not been washed in weeks! Or the fact that ALL Ekiti State government health institutions can only boast of five (5) phototherapy lights for treating physiological jaundice common in 50% of live births...yet health is made to look like an act of benevolence instead of a right through funny programes like Ilera ni Aafin or the medical jamboree organised by the law makers as constituency projects this year . . .at the expense of institutionalising access to health facilities even if not original copy from Mimiko in Ondo State! Yet the Ekiti state governor has earmarked billions of naira (5-7billion) to build a new government house...while citizens are dying in droves...yet he has refused to complete the new State Specialist hospital at Agric Olopeplease someone should antagonise me here with facts and I will provide pictorial evidences! People are clapping for introducing laptops not looking at the adverse effects in a class with a teacher that can not operate the pc himself...talkless of knowing when students are playing games on the pc! In an impoverished society where the students storm Fayose market to dispose of the pc's...again antagonise me with facts! Or go to these pc techs to load it with movies that are even prohibited on the streets! A well thought out plan would have seen the provision of computer laboratories for the concerned schools! Yet this wo/man has borrowed billions of naira without nothing commensurate to show for it! He even had the effontery to admit that the university projects in Ghana belongs to the wife....now I ask from what income?! And if you feel you are deserving of the exalted office then why not give back to the society that has made you that much by siting the university in Ekiti State!

I can go on and on and on and on

Much as it is the constitutional right of Hon Bamidele to contest, I wish he would pursue his ambition without creating any unnecessary dislocation in the political set-up of Ekiti in general and APC in particular.
How I wish he would ermember what inordinate ambition did to Ondo & Ekiti politics in the regime of Chief Michael Ajasin and Chief Akin OMoboriowo. Many lives were lost of some vibrant youths who should be contributiong to the growth and development of the two states now.
When the same problem cropped up in Lagos politics between Chief Dapo Sarumi and Chief Agablajobi, SDP the most favoured party lost to the oposition (NRC) just because the two SDP candidates could not yeild one to the other.
whatever happen, it is thier cup of tea. My only concern is the Unity, Peace and Progress of Ekiti - my state of birth.
