LOADED VESSEL IN PORT HARCOURT WATERS:


1. Seller & Buyer sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and lodged with their respective banks. The SPA will be exchanged by Electronics Data Transmission “EDT” and will be considered as legally binding and enforceable.
2. Buyer sends ATB format and Super Cargo I. D. Cards etcs with a scanned copy of N5million Manager cheque with a clause stating it is cashable only after Q AND Q..
3. Seller reassigns the MATB and clearance to buyer and buyer pays drop hard copy of N5Million manager cheque at the point of boarding being cost for chopper/Logistics at the point of boarding in Port Harcourt.
4. Upon confirmation of product,Buyer pays N15Million Naira to seller for logistics.(Making it total of N20M logistics fee deductible at point of payment for entire cargo)
5. Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) inspection is conducted.
6. Upon successful Q&Q verification and conclusive positive results, the Buyer’s bank issues a payment instrument: An Operative Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible Revolving SBLC/Bank Guarantee (BG) via Swift MT760 or DLC via Swift MT103 to UKAWU NIG LTD's bank, for the total value cargo to the Seller’s bank and commission accordingly to Intermediaries banks.
7. Seller releases all shipping documents to buyer’s bank for payment.
8. Buyer instructs his bank to wire payment through KTT/Swift Wire Transfer directly into the Seller’s nominated bank accounts for entire cargo and to all facilitators & Intermediaries bank accounts within 48 banking hours, per outturn barrel.
9. Vessel sails to destination.
10. Contract shall be revolving x12 month delivery.
