I knw dat by nw a lot of u would hav heard hw powerful d Android platform is, and many are already tapping from it's awesomeness. I am here to corroborate dat fact with a few powerful apps.
Android IDE (AIDE): This app has to be d most powerful android app out there. It is a full-blown android IDE for creating Android apps on ur android device, tablet or smartphone! Incredible isn't it?! there's a free version and a paid version. It has it's own syntax checker and highlightning, autocompletion etc. It supports Eclipse style development. It supports C and C++ for NDK development. It also supports Phonegap development using HTML5, JS & CSS.
C4DROID: this app is amazing. Write ur C or C++ code and run them right there in d app. It supports C++ via GCC plugin. the app has it's own terminal emulator and syntax highlightning.
C#ToGo: are u a C# beginner, are u willing to sharpen ur skills? if yes den dis app is for u. it doesn't however support classes and saving or loading of files, sorry.

And it also has enough tools for developers, and if they hadn't done dat, dey surely would hav ran into problems by nw, and if u don't believe me, ask Blackberry or Palm OS.

I can never program on my mobile phone, I will always prefer using Laptop

Use Sand IDE or Terminal IDE...

There's also PhoneGap on Android...

And for PHP, try Bitwebserver and KSWEB...
