I am ready to jump back into property investment hence this topic. I need a good site to build a block of flats for renting in Enugu . It should be a place that's liveable and therefore rentable but not too expensive. Budget is in the 3.5/4mil range. Will also need one for a personal residence. Ready to wait until I get something decent even if I have to pay more so not in a hurry. If you have or hope to get something suitable kindly leave your contact. Thanks |
