Boko haram will continue with senseless acts like this to show that they are stll a force to reckon with - not defeated. The propaganda war being employed by the army is counter-productive - anytime they announce boko is on the verge of defeat, boko haram comes out to prove them wrong. If this war must end the nation must re-strategize.
