Scrutinize documents presented to you and flood the realtor with questions,and when you think you've asked enough,ask some more.then take those document(s) and head straight for the 'lands'department at Alausa.Lagos state government have since upgraded to e-registration,editing and document verification(search) People have been losing hard-earned money.
