Ngwakwe: I thought someone said Nigeria is bankrupt or about to be declared insolvent

The CBN governor is indeed the 37th Governor in Nigeria and has the highest undisclosed budget.
ahaha.Sanusi.

What of the 100bn for ASUU.where is that one?they should disburse that one first and start with power.

the power sector is a self sufficient sector which has caught the eyes of foreign investors.
it is commendable for our local fin. institutions to have a stake in the on going reforms however little, however, outside reaping interest for the Apex bank, there is little or nothing for the common man.

employment, contracts aka indirect jobs etc will still be determined by the companies who won the bid.
which leaves them with same options enjoyed by IOC'S in the oil sector.

in my opinion the CBN in a bid to stimulate the economy towards positive growth should design a framework for funding SME'S.

those are the real jobs that will encourage entrepreneurship and self reliance.

Danhumprey: This isn't about disbursement. This is about ensuring that the money disbursed is used well and for the purpose for which it was disbursed. We don't want to hear of embezzlement or that the money was laundered or that part of the money was directed to private pockets.

you already know the end of the road. no meaningful development will befall this country in the face of corruption whether Jonathan likes it or not.
we will continue going in circles.
