Is that how you spell it, or is it spelt - Aadun?

You need the following items
2. Palm oil
3. Grounded fried maize
First boil the beans (add salt) to a point that is just soft but still solid.
Start heating your oil and thereafter pour your beans into the hot oil and begins to fry.
Until a point when you begin to see oil foam come out of the beans.
At this point the Adun is getting set.
You can removing the oil foam if it is too much, which can be use for the next batch of frying.
Then you can mix you powdered fried maize and spicy to it.

I don't know of beans ooooooooooo.
-Get corn dried one like those ones use in making ogi(pap)
-pour them in the pot and fry dem on the fire without adding anything like water or oil after they are well dried you can grind them with machine or blender to have a powdered form (u can add spices dry spices like dry peper or cray fish it depends on personal choice)
All u now need do is to mix it with palm oil and ur adun is ready .
