I don't really know if am posting on the right section, but i want to use this medium to inform those who read about a dissatisfied prospective customer who complained about a poor service he received in one of UBA branches @ Bode Thomos, Lagos.
The customer service officer whom he mentioned in the complaint has been asked to go home, while other bank officers indicted went on suspension.
Am sure the poster did not bargain this for Mr Joseph & others, but thats the power of the social media. It can make or mar us.

na wa o...maybe i should start my own complains here.. People should be careful these days especially those serving public

May be they wouldn't have been sanctioned, if one of the ogas @ the top did not hear of it.
But someone read it on NL and shared with one of the Ogas @ the top, who took the decision considering the damage the post must have caused the bank.

Sacking won't change a thing
