Pls I need a help, I had a lateral malleolus ankle fracture, the cast was removed after 12 weeks. This is another 5 weeks after the cast has been removed, I still feel pain in my ankle while walking. And I want to know about how many weeks can it take to achieve full Range of Motion and a pain free ankle activities? |
