He can provide functional jetties and even pontoons for safe navigation of the river. Niger state is becoming synonymous with boat mishap in recent times.He must not wait till GEJ rescinds his decision to contest the presidency in 2015 before he can tackle domestic problems facing him in the home front. His quest for power at the highest level is beclouding his sense of responsibility to his people. It is not enough to outlaw old boats, provide new and better alternatives.
