This is actually some sort of cf advertising Seoul as a city where dreams come true and true love is found. Everyone has a storyline, Taeyeon is a girl who has a crush on siwon who likes to run every morning, she starts running to get him to notice her but he's too fast and doesn't, she enlists the help of leeteuk who teaches her how to ride a bike so she'll be fast enough to meet siwon but she finds it hard to learn so he gets her training wheels and she is fast enough to catch up with siwon, lol, they end up going on a date

Sooyoung is a part timer who dreams of being a dancer

Ryeowook is a tourist enjoying the sights Seoul has to offer
