Please house,sometime ago I wrote about d issues am having with d transmission of my acura. Does anyone here own a 1999 acura tl. Transmission is not to ok right nw bt I wnt to drive it down to minna from owerri. Anyone here who's has used his/hers for a long distance with a slipping transmission? Please replies wil help me greatly. Thanks.  |

dan_dollar: What are the symptoms of a slipping transmission?its selects 1-2 in a very harsh way which is causing series damage to the engine sittings,its same whn shifting down from 2-1. Its a tiptronic transmissin(auto/manual). If I use d shift stick to select it does select fine but in full auto that's whn its harsh. D car moves very fine apart from d slipping of gears. Do u own an Acura TL? |
