Hello everyone, I'm thinking of making lamb Casserole over the weekend. Please can anyone give ideas on how I can tweak d regular cooking to achieve a taste different from the regular and also to get a spicy taste. Chefs in the house pls help... |

try spicing up d lamb very well den add a little lemon juice den marinate for 30mins. den roast it a bit for dat twingy taste and shinny look...brush with oil before roasting Then use the roasted lamb for the caserole with vegetables that will bring out the color of the sauce cut in large cubes..... vegetables like yellow pepper, red bell pepper, green pepper, carrot,etc and some sea foods like shrimp, prawn etc.... hav fun |

Thank you so much for your response. I got a recipe off d internet using red wine, I tweaked the recipe nd I got the desired taste. Made some roast potatoes nd roast parsnips with it nd it was just on point. |
